Glitter & Ivy was created from a love of travel, research, meaningful details, and the belief that women should not have to wait for the perfect circumstances or the perfect travel companion to experience more of the world.

The Idea Behind the Getaways
For as long as I can remember, I have enjoyed researching possibilities. I love comparing hotels, reading about destinations, finding interesting places to eat, and discovering the experiences that make a trip feel different from anything you could do at home.
Over time, I also began noticing how many women wanted to travel but did not always have someone available to join them. Others had willing travel companions but did not have the time or energy to research and organize every detail. The desire to go somewhere was there, but planning, coordinating, and making decisions often became the obstacle.
Glitter & Ivy Curated Getaways grew from the idea that travel could feel easier, more welcoming, and more intentional. Instead of joining an enormous tour or attempting to coordinate an entire trip alone, guests could choose a thoughtfully organized small-group experience with a balance of shared activities and personal time.
I am building Glitter & Ivy to create the kinds of getaways I would be excited to join myself: beautiful but comfortable, organized but not rigid, social but not overwhelming, and filled with details that make the destination feel special.
Why Glitter & Ivy?
The name reflects the two qualities at the heart of the brand: the joy found in beautiful moments and the lasting connections and growth that travel can inspire.
Glitter
Glitter represents celebration, possibility, beauty, and the memorable details that make an experience feel special. It is the joy of arriving somewhere new, sharing a wonderful meal, or discovering a place you will remember for years.
Ivy
Ivy represents connection, growth, resilience, and timelessness. Like the most meaningful travel memories, it continues to grow and becomes part of the story we carry with us.
