How do I return an item?

Return Policy:

Returns and exchanges are gladly accepted within 10 days of purchase at buyers shipping expense. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee or $10.00, whichever is greater.

No refunds or exchanges allowed on any special order merchandise, or merchandise shipped outside the U.S.A.


How To Return Or Exchange:

Email customerservice@glitterandivy.com or call 360-863-0251 or toll free at 888-247-2356 to obtain a return authorization code. In your email, provide your name, shipping address and item(s) being returned and item(s) desired for exchange if applicable.

Write the return authorization code we give you clearly on the outside of your parcel and ship INSURED to:

Glitter & Ivy will not issue refund or exchange if returned merchandise is received damaged or not having return authorization code on the outside of the box.


Insurance/Damaged Merchandise:

UPS Insurance is automatically covered on all orders. If you receive an item that has been broken in shipping, you must notify us immediately at 360-863-0251 or customerservice@glitterandivy.com and we will initiate a claim with UPS. DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY BOXES OR PACKAGING MATERIAL or BROKEN ITEMS as UPS may want to retrieve these. Please be advised that if the original shipping box and broken item are not available for UPS, the insurance is void and will not cover the cost.

Once the UPS claim is approved, usually within 48-72 hours, if we have a replacement product, we will send it out immediately. If a replacement is not available, you will be issued a refund from the UPS Insurance upon claim approval.
